Field Days - June 7-9, Switzerland

The Field Days in Kölliken, Aargau, will be held again after a 6-year break from June 7 to 9, 2023, under the motto "innovative and practical". The program promises news on diverse crops and cultivation techniques, which can be visited on site.

Research, practice and exchange
The organizers are committed to bringing together innovation and practice. To this end, the latest state of the art in technology and research will be presented, current developments will be shown in practical use and a platform for exchange will be created. The aim is to offer something for both the conventional sector and the organic sector.

Compare directly on site
There will be more than 45 exhibitors on site, plus 15 hectares of field trials on new varieties and improved cultivation techniques for e.g. potatoes, corn, sugar beet, canola, forage crops, bread and feed grains. There will be opportunities for on-site comparisons, and daily guided tours will inform visitors about lesser-known crops that are in high demand, such as oats and protein crops. Practical ways to promote biodiversity are the focus of the wildflower trial area.

Own organic trials
In Kölliken, there will also be organic trial areas to visit. Accordingly, wheat, spelt, sunflowers, a field bean-hemp mixture, field beans and protein peas are planned. In addition, organic farmers will be able to benefit from machine and robot demonstrations.
