FAIRshare Digital Tools for Farm Advisors, addresses the digitalisation trend in the agricultural sector by providing effective tools for farm advisors and farmers. They provide an inventory of Digital Advisory Tools and Services (DATS), available on an easy-to-use, searchable platform. The main goal is to support farm advisors to effectively use digital tools which support the development of more productive and sustainable agriculture. The repository of tools is searchable by language, country, sector, category, target user, delivery mode, benefit and challenge addressed. The project is funded by the European Horizon 2020 Research and Innovation Program.
FAIRshare’s DATS platform provides many tools useful for organic farms and those who are transitioning. Like these calculation tools:

Many more digital tools which benefit not only advisors, but farmers, are available on DATS.

These digital tools are featured as a list according to three categories: business administration, crop production, and animal husbandry. Some interesting tools featured in this list, include:

Both FAIRshare’s DATS platform and Oekolandbau’s digital tool list harbour useful many tools for farm advisors and farmers, many relevant to organic agriculture. These organic appropriate tools will be incorporated into the Organic Farm Knowledge Platform.
