The project "DemoNetErBo" wants to establish a knowledge transfer network for cultivation and utilisation of field peas and field beans in Germany. The network shall expand and enhance the cultivation as well as the usage of field peas and field beans sustainably and improve the value gained by the farmers when growing peas and beans. A special focus is therefore on the development and presentation of legume value chains for feed and food production. Every farm that participates in the network is part of a value chain.
